Partners for over 20 years, Vincent and Vanessa share a love of the countryside and hospitality. Vincent’s obsession with food as a chef has lead him to a fascination with produce. While trying to source the best ingredients possible he realised that the only way to guarantee quality and ethical provenance was to grow and raise it yourself.
